What size yoni egg do I choose? If this is your first time working with yoni eggs, congratulations on beginning your self-love journey. For first-timers, we recommend starting with a medium-sized egg. If you have recently delivered a baby vaginally, we suggest starting with one of our larger eggs. Our small eggs are recommended for advanced practices, virgins, and women with petite yonis.
Do I choose drilled or non-drilled eggs? If this is your first time using a yoni egg, we suggest you start with the drilled option, which includes a string to help guide the egg out (it will not get stuck, we promise). It is good practice to start with the drilled option until you master the practice known as “laying an egg” (pushing the egg out using your pelvic muscles)
How long do I keep the egg in? We suggest starting off anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes to get a feel for how your yoni responds to your crystal egg. Once you feel comfortable with your egg, you can leave it in for up to 12 hours.
